How is Sugee doing?
my friend and I were hiking yesterday and spent a good portion of it talking about this! ha ha!as tough and ok we think we are...we aren't!
Stephanie- I would vaccuum suck it out [my neck] if I could LOL.
Barbara- she is back to her normal self- or at least normal for a 40 year old equine. We now tbelieve she had a seizure, which makes more sense to me too. More teeth floating and a reassessment in next couple weeks.
i really don't think about how old i am, how old i feel, until i look in the mirror and see my sterling hair and the loose wrinkles of my neck. and then i panic. how old am i....?? how long will i live....?? so it's best to just wake each day, enjoy a cup of tea, and go about the activities of daily living without looking in the mirror. it only tells me i'm getting old, when i want to remain ageless....[besides....it doesn't matter to my animals, how old i am!] LOVE YOU.
it sounded very similar to what happened to my dog this past winter.I'm glad to hear she's feeling better. My little Roxy is tooAs for necks: I prefer to avoid mirrors. As long as I have energy to do what I want, then that's just fine.
Fox- I feel that way about getting my photo taken now. I used to work for photog. and they always told me 'it's the light, it is not really you'...so I hag on to that thought. I remember Neil Young saying, "I may look old, but I don't feel old."
Thank you for reading! The farm and my art/writing keep me hopping, so might not respond immediately. Thank you for understanding. ~Katherine & Apifera ~
