In which we learn exactly why Mr. Bradshaw left...and returned. The cat we thought would never return does, with insights...

One of the most beautiful things you've ever written, in every way.
"Bacon's a temporary gratification. The view of our farm from up above was only missing one thing. Me. So I came back to my place in it." No truer words were ever spoken. Sometimes that instant gratification is not all that its trumped up to be.
Having been away from the blogosphere for a few weeks, it was a delight to return and read your blog. Wonderful stories about pies, Mr. Bradshaw, and of course some diary entries. You always make me smile. Thank you for that! I often chew my salad and pretend that it's bacon. Frankie and I must have a common thread.
Katherine,I have so enjoyed visiting your blog lately!! (always!) Your stories are so wonderful. I live vicariously through you on your farm, wishing I could live in such a great place. You are so blessed. Katherine, I was wondering, do you ever have trouble uploading your pictures to blogger?? Lately, I can't upload my photos to my blog. I click on the picture to upload and that window just freezes. It's so unsetting. I thought I would ask you since you are on blogger, too. It seems to be happening on my Etsy store, too!! Any ideas??Thanks,Debbie
